Senior Site Superintendent

We’re working with a well-established ICI general contractor seeking a Senior Site Superintendent to lead large‑scale, ground‑up institutional, commercial, and industrial projects ranging from $50M–$100M.

This role is suited for a proven site leader who takes full ownership of construction execution—driving schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance from mobilization through turnover.

CA$130,000.00/yr - CA$160,000.00/yr

Location: GTA (Project-Based)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations on complex ground‑up ICI builds
• Manage schedules, sequencing, and trade coordination across all phases
• Enforce safety standards, quality control, and site logistics
• Work closely with PMs, consultants, and ownership teams
• Mentor junior superintendents and site staff

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI construction
• Direct experience delivering ground‑up projects in the $50M+ range
• Strong leadership presence with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
