Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering practices.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps-related work.
- 3+ years of experience with automation tools and CI systems (e.g., Bamboo, Chef, Git).
- 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience:
- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting AWS EKS clusters.
- Experience improving team practices and implementing automation.
- Experience partnering with software engineering teams for release processes.
- Experience ensuring technical solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Establish end-to-end monitoring and alerting for critical pipelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and low-hanging fruit.
- Manage and troubleshoot AWS EKS clusters for reliability and performance.
- Improve and streamline team practices.
- Ensure solutions meet required technical, quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with SREs on configuration management at scale.
- Work with SWEs and SREs to define all software release steps, including repository structure, artifact management, build rules, middleware configuration, testing, quality gates, packaging, and deployment.
- Reduce toil through automation, optimize efficiency, and contribute to capacity planning.
- Promote a culture of shared responsibility across teams.
Should Have:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Skills:
- Kubernetes.
- Docker.
- CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Chef, Git).

Qualification and Education:
