The Opportunity

As our Social Worker at Sun Pointe Village, you will be a vital member of our multidisciplinary care team, advocating for residents, supporting families, and contributing to a caring environment where each person is treated with dignity and respect.
About The Role
*This opportunity is two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with a scheduled shift of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
In this part-time role, you will support the psychosocial needs of residents while fostering a positive, collaborative, and wellness-focused culture at Sun Pointe Village. You will provide leadership in counselling, advocacy, care planning, and family support, ensuring each resident receives person-centred, holistic care.

Compensation & Benefits
This position is compensated according to the HSP Master Collective Agreement, with a wage range of $42.56 – $52.96 per hour
