About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 10+ years of headhunting expertise to drive our recruitment strategy during a period of rapid global expansion. This role is critical to building the high‑performance teams that will propel us toward IPO.
You will lead full‑cycle recruitment across multiple departments, partner closely with senior leadership, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top‑tier talent.
