Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced QA Automation Specialist to join a dynamic technology team focused on delivering reliable, high-quality applications and system integrations.
This opportunity is ideal for a testing professional who is passionate about automation, DevOps, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies. In this role, you'll help strengthen quality assurance practices, improve automation frameworks, and support the adoption of modern testing approaches, including AI-enabled testing solutions.
· Pay Rate: $80, 000 - $120, 000/year
· Location: REMOTE
· Shift: Monday to Friday
· Job type: Temporary | Full-time |2-year contract

Responsibilities:
· Review existing QA automation frameworks and testing practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
· Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement new testing tools, technologies, and automation strategies
· Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, third-party applications, and system integrations
· Support regression testing, functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing initiatives
· Participate in manual testing activities when required
· Improve overall test coverage and reliability by expanding automation capabilities
· Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
· Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions
· Ensure test data readiness and support continuous quality improvement efforts
· Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and application support teams throughout the software development lifecycle
· Contribute to operational excellence by improving testing processes and procedures
· Support additional quality assurance initiatives and project deliverables as required
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum 8 years of experience testing:
o Web applications
o Third-party applications
o System integrations
· Minimum 5 years of experience developing, deploying, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts
· Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress
· Experience working with DevOps and Continuous Integration tools, including Jenkins
· Strong experience troubleshooting automation failures and improving test stability
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile and DevOps environments
· Experience with test management and reporting tools such as Allure TestOps
· Knowledge of integration and API testing tools such as Postman
· Experience using AI-enabled development or testing tools, including GitHub Copilot
· Experience working in:
o Financial Services
o Regulated Industries
o Mission-Critical Application Environments
· Strong expertise in QA automation and software testing
· Experience supporting DevOps and CI/CD environments
· Passion for process improvement and quality excellence
· Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
· Ability to adapt to emerging technologies, including AI-assisted testing tools
· Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication abilities
