Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager IV in the Oil and Gas industry in Edmonton, Alberta. Join a leading energy organization as a Project Manager IV, overseeing the facilities scope of a major gas pipeline project in British Columbia. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in managing large-scale gas facility programs. Hybrid work model based in Edmonton or Calgary. Responsibilities: Manage facilities scope from design through completion Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project performance and implement risk mitigation strategies Lead and mentor engineering and support staff Build strong relationships with senior management and partners Drive project success through strategic leadership Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 15 years of project management experience Proven track record with large-scale gas facility projects Strong stakeholder management skills, including Indigenous communities Experience in safety leadership and regulatory compliance PMP certification and P.Eng. designation preferred Exceptional communication and leadership abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change Total rewards: Competitive hourly rate up to $120/hour (incorporated) based on experience 12-month contract with potential extension Hybrid work schedule (Mon, Tues, Thurs in office) Opportunity to lead a major infrastructure project Professional development and leadership experience Collaborative work environment with senior stakeholders Travel opportunities (3–5 days per month) Exposure to cutting-edge energy projectsAfter reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Senior Project Manager at the office Alberta above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
