Job Title: Project Manager/Leader - Senior

Role Overview
This role is for a Senior Project Manager/Leader responsible for planning, leading, and delivering complex IT projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle using Agile and digital delivery methodologies, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, executives, vendors, and technical teams to drive project execution, facilitate business process changes, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve project risks and conflicts. The role also involves establishing governance structures, leading steering committee meetings, preparing executive-level project reporting, managing procurement and resources, and promoting project management best practices across the organization.
In addition to strong project delivery expertise, the role requires excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to manage complex client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, develop mitigation strategies for project risks, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale information management and technology initiatives.
