Office Manager

Toronto, ON

Compensation commensurate with experience range $70,000-$90,000

Our client, an expanding professional services firm in Toronto and throughout Canada- is seeking an Office Manager with strong planning and organizational experience to help set the rhythm of their busy office. The successful candidate will have experience planning, preparing and scheduling aspects of a busy office with a growth mindset.

Requirements:

  • Post secondary education.
  • 3+ years' experience in office management, coordination and administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and creating schedules including calendars of events
  • Organize people and events
  • Internal communication
  • Support with marketing collateral
  • Attend job fairs, create connections with students and institutions
  • Support with projects on items like addendums, clearances, admin forms, training records
  • Provide progress updates
  • Documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining records
  • Identifying risks and mediating conflict
  • Expense management

  • 4 days a week Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays work from home.
