As a Night Server you will: Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards. Lead by example and be a pro-active member of The Pointe Restaurant Team. Guide guests through available food & beverage options, assisting in selection if requested. Assist in the selection of the appropriate wine or spirit to accompany the meal. Deliver selected food & beverage to our guests, displaying the meal in a manner suitable for 4 & 5 Diamond establishments. Work in a team environment. Assist with the preparation of the dining room for ensuing shifts. Balance cash-outs.
