Permanent Position: Material Handler No. of vacancies: 04 Start Date: As soon as possible Main Location: 13423, 78 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 0A8 Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley as per company contracts. Wage rate: $20.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. Education: No Education Requirements Experience: Not Required, Training will be provided Language: Basic English. Job Duties: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment. Carry out material handling activities such as counting, weighing, packing and unpacking. Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock. Operating equipment to transport wood products to and from vehicles and trucks. Performing activities of filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and checking materials. Track supply levels and regularly submit purchasing recommendations. Comply with all safety and health regulations. Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required. Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift heavy material ( weight 50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions.
