Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maven in creative writing, online marketing and social media platforms
Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person, phone calls, emails
Welcome customers to the store, educate and answer their queries
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales

Requirements

1+ years of retail sales experience
High school; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
Appreciated previous experience: Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Blancpain, Breitling, Bulgari, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Concord, Corum, Ebel, Girard Perregaux, Gucci, Hamilton, Harry Winston, Invicta, IWC, Jaeger LeCoultre, Longines, LVMH, Montblanc, Movado, Omega, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Rado, Raymond Weil, Richemont, Rolex, Swatch, Tag Heuer, TechnoMarine, Tiffany, Zenith
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Upbeat: A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
