People Store is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is experienced in warehouse operations, and has a solid understanding of logistics processes and systems. Shift Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Payrate: $22.00/hr plus $1.00 shift premium

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping.
  • Handle inbound and outbound shipments, including large equipment and rolling stock.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and double walkies (must be certified).
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock movements using inventory management systems (LogFire preferred).
  • Communicate with transportation providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and meet productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Send and respond to emails and update systems with timely and accurate logistics data.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and health & safety standards.
  • Support cross-functional teams and assist with general warehousing tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse coordination (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Valid forklift certification and forklift experience is required.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

People Store est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Logistique fiable et soucieux(se) du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Responsabilités principales :

  • Coordonner et effectuer les activités quotidiennes de l'entrepôt : réception, préparation de commandes, emballage, tri et expédition.
  • Gérer les expéditions entrantes et sortantes, y compris l’équipement de grande taille et le matériel roulant.
  • Utiliser les équipements de manutention tels que les chariots élévateurs, les chariots à mât rétractable et les transpalettes doubles (certification requise).
  • Surveiller les niveaux d'inventaire et assurer le suivi précis des stocks à l’aide de systèmes de gestion d’inventaire (LogFire est un atout).
  • Communiquer avec les transporteurs, fournisseurs et équipes internes pour assurer un mouvement efficace des marchandises.
  • Respecter les procédures opérationnelles standard et atteindre les objectifs de productivité et de précision.
  • Envoyer et répondre aux courriels, et mettre à jour les systèmes avec des données logistiques précises et en temps opportun.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire selon les politiques de l’entreprise et les normes de santé et sécurité.
  • Soutenir les équipes interfonctionnelles et contribuer aux tâches générales de l'entrepôt selon les besoins.

Qualifications :

  • Expérience préalable en logistique, distribution ou coordination d’entrepôt (minimum 1 à 2 ans, un atout).
  • Certification valide de conducteur de chariot élévateur requise.
  • Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 lb et à effectuer des tâches physiques répétitives.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement à délais serrés.
  • Solides aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour collaborer avec divers intervenants.
  • Grande attention aux détails et souci de l’exactitude et de l’efficacité.
