As theGeneral Counsel, you will play a key role in safeguarding PeakTew’s legal compliance, managing contractual agreements, and supporting the company’s long-term growth with sound legal guidance.

Your missions:

• Collaborating with the leadership team to provide legal advice that balances compliance with business objectives.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards, data privacy laws, and international regulations relevant to PeakTew.
• Managing risk assessment & compliance frameworks to protect the company from legal exposure.
• Participating in weekly meetings to discuss legal considerations, risks & strategic decisions.

This is an online job, meaning that you would beworking remotely. You will be required to meet deadlines and produce qualitative work (reflecting the best you can deliver). Yet, we remain available to advise and help you anytime you need.This job will also be unpaidas PeakTew is a student-led project that isn’t (yet) generating revenue.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to provide practical legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
