Our client is a Real Estate development company. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team! Competitive salary package which includes company paid Health and Dental Benefits Prepare and present management reporting to senior management on an ongoing basis. Lead the conversion of existing reporting packages into an online dashboard environment using Power BI. Manage the monthly bank loan draw process for active developments, including coordinating with and overseeing project monitors where applicable. Assisting the land acquisition team with financial modeling and proformas for potential development sites. Preparing proformas and supporting materials for credit applications and lender financing. Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts on an ongoing basis Collaborate with various departments to continuously update project budgets and implement budget changes within the ERP system. Fulfill various finance-related ad hoc requests from other departments. Support corporate cash flow forecasting and monitoring. Participate and contribute to management meetings with ownership and other senior management. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate development industry Professional finance designation – CPA or CFA is an asset. Experience with SQL and Power BI is a strong asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
