Who is a General Manager - Neighbourhood?

A General Manager - Neighbourhood is responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable facility that must have a great club culture. Along with this, the General Manager - Neighbourhood will maintain a clean, professional and safe environment.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure a high level of member retention
• Operate the club within budget
• Interview and provide basic on boarding to third-party vendors
• Use best practices to ensure that our members stay happy and thrilled with our services

Do you have what it takes?

• Passion for Fitness
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Seasoned coaching skills
• Strong communications skills
• Previous experience with hiring and training
• A post secondary degree is recommended but a drive to succeed is essential
• CPR certification required within 3 months of employment
• Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $55,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The expected annual range of total compensation is $55,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
