We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Director, Inspection Operations and Optimization with experience in leading large-scale operational transformation and building more scalable, modern operating models. You will be part of the Field Inspection Operations team responsible for building a more scalable, efficient, and technology-enabled inspection field organization.
In this role, you will be involved in driving operational transformation at scale, improving performance through data-driven decision making, and shaping the future of field inspection operations. You will also have the opportunity to use your experience in territory planning, routing optimization, and workforce utilization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in field operations, logistics, service delivery, or related environments.

Reporting to the VP, Commercial Operations and Sales, this role will collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, Arbitration, and Operations teams. You will partner cross-functionally to align field operations with broader business strategy and growth objectives.

Compensation Range of
Annual Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 CAD(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
Bonus Range
