Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Administration, the Order Desk is an integral part of the customer service team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient order processing while delivering exceptional service to customers. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product recommendations, all while utilizing industry‑standard tools to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators, detail‑oriented, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately by entering them into the system and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for products that best suit their requirements.
  • Manage the flow of incoming orders, ensuring all orders are processed, tracked, and fulfilled efficiently in accordance with company standards.
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve any issues, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Acquire in‑depth knowledge of products to effectively assist customers and answer related inquiries.
  • Utilize and navigate the industry‑specific order management system (FDS) to maintain accurate order records and streamline order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Customer Service or Order Desk experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
Work Hours

Monday to Friday & Saturday – 40 hours a week, 8 am to 5 pm
