Job Description
We're currently seeking an experienced High Pressure Water/ Vacuum Supervisor in Sudbury, ON. This position will lead frontline operations, ensure strict safety compliance, and deliver results under demanding conditions.

$30- $38 per hour
Eligible for Overtime
Shift work will be required, 8-13 hour rotating shifts, days and nights will be required

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, while staying updated on local, provincial, and federal regulations
Oversee field operations and projects, ensuring efficiency, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness
Serve as the main point of contact for Sudbury Industrial Cleaning support services
Coordinate manpower and equipment, optimizing resource allocation
Provide leadership and strategic direction to align and hold employees accountable for growth and development
Build and maintain customer relationships while proactively addressing and resolve concerns
Provide regular updates to direct reports and be on call 24/7 for emergencies
Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications
3-5 years' in a leadership role is required
10+ years' experience in industrial services/maintenance in the mining industry
3-5 years operating a high pressure pumps and tooling is required
Valid Class G driver's license is required, Class AZ or DZ driver's license is preferred
Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
BSO or Common Safety Orientation certification required
Having First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance, Fall Protection and Confined Space certification would be a significant asset
Skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment
Enjoy working outdoors even in harsh weather conditions
You have a natural ability to lead crews where you can share a laugh, do the challenging work and get the job done safely
