We are currently seeking a Client Service & Accounting Coordinator to join a well-established General Contractor serving retail and commercial clients across Canada.
This role plays a key part in supporting service operations, ensuring seamless coordination of maintenance and repair requests, accurate financial administration, and an exceptional client experience.

What you will do
You will work closely with Service Coordinators to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, including the coordination of service requests across Canada, communication with subcontractors and clients, and the tracking of ongoing jobs.
You will also support key accounting and administrative functions such as invoice review, purchase order creation and matching, subcontractor follow-ups, and accurate data entry into the company ERP system.
What we are looking for
• Experience in accounting-related tasks (invoicing, PO creation, invoice matching, basic bookkeeping)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with service coordination or dispatch considered an asset
• Bilingual (French & English) required
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced operational environment

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) service client et comptabilité pour joindre un entrepreneur général reconnu, œuvrant dans le secteur commercial et de la vente au détail à travers le Canada. Ce rôle clé contribue au bon fonctionnement des opérations de service en assurant la coordination des demandes de maintenance et de réparation, le soutien administratif et comptable, ainsi qu’un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Vos responsabilités
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les coordonnateurs de service afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes, incluant la gestion des demandes de service à travers le Canada, les suivis auprès des sous-traitants et clients, ainsi que le suivi des travaux en cours.
Vous apporterez également un soutien aux fonctions administratives et comptables, notamment le contrôle des factures, la création et le rapprochement des bons de commande, les suivis avec les entrepreneurs, ainsi que la saisie des données dans le système ERP de l
’entreprise.
Profil recherché
• Expérience en tâches comptables (facturation, bons de commande, rapprochements, comptabilité de base)
• Expérience en service à la clientèle
• Grand souci du détail et capacité à travailler rapidement et avec précision
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
• Expérience en coordination de services (atout)
• Bilingue français et anglais obligatoire
• À l’aise dans un environnement structuré et dynamique
