*Qualifications:*

* Doctorate in Chiropractic
* Registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
* Certifications including but not limited to acupuncture, rehab and CPR
* Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
* The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
* Possession of a valid driver's license, (G2 level)
* Proficiency in the use of computers for Email, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel

*Accountabilities:*

* Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients
* Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
* Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
* Meet and or exceed productivity standards
* Administer and collect outcome measurement information
* Supervise support staff
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
* Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
* Develop a care plan with the client based on the assessment
* Document client care activity concisely and accurately, according to College guidelines and Care for standards

Pay: $48.00-$50.00 per hour
