Job Description & Requirements
We are a high-volume, subluxation-based chiropractic clinic in Pembroke, ON, Canada, and we’re looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000 (negotiable based on experience), with potential bonus opportunities depending on your preferred compensation structure.
You’ll work a full weekly schedule (Monday through Friday, with additional days as needed), supporting a busy clinic that sees over 200 patient visits per week. Our doctors typically spend 3–5 minutes per patient in a fast-paced, adjustment-focused environment.
*Key responsibilities include:*
* Performing patient consultations and examinations
* Taking and reviewing X-rays
* Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
* Providing chiropractic adjustments (primarily Diversified, full spine)
* Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
* Delivering exercise instruction
* Supporting digital marketing efforts through social media and content creation
We operate within a shared-patient model and focus heavily on family, pediatric, and prenatal care. Our practice is highly adjustment-focused, with an emphasis on efficiency, consistency, and strong patient flow.
We’re looking for a motivated and efficient chiropractor who is comfortable in a high-volume setting and excited about long-term growth. Training is available for the right candidate. This opportunity also offers the potential for future ownership, including a possible buy-in or buy-out within 3–5 years.
Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) chiropractic licensure in Canada. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
