About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team working on low-level OS development, AI, and hardware/software projects. This role combines team management, customer relationship management, overseas sales, and business development, making it ideal for someone with both technical depth and commercial acumen. You will also collaborate with international teams and manage service delivery projects for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a cross-functional team of engineers working on low-level OS development, Camera, AI algorithms, and hardware/software integration.
• Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to client requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and project expectations.
• Drive sales and business development activities, collaborating with clients and partners in international markets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with overseas engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare project plans, budgets, and resource allocation, and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Facilitate technical discussions and provide strategic guidance to both internal teams and clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, team development, and business growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, AI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technical domains, including low-level OS development, AI, and hardware/software projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Strong customer management and communication skills, including overseas clients.
• Experience in sales support and business development is highly desirable.
• Ability to balance technical management with business strategy.
