Building Materials - Building Supplies
Compensation: Base from $75,000-$85,000 + uncapped profit sharing + car allowance + benefits**Total compensation for this role is expected to exceed $100,000 annually
We are recruiting a Branch Sales Manager to lead and build a thriving building supply distributor in Windsor Ontario. This is a sales-led leadership role within an entrepreneurial, profit-sharing business model. The branch is profitable and well-embedded in the local market, supported by an experienced operations manager and an established sales team. This opportunity will suit a commercially minded leader who thrives on relationship-building, coaching teams, and owning a P&L.The Opportunity This role is designed for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Sales Leader, who wants the autonomy to direct a team and drive results with rewards directly tied to branch performance.
