Job Description

CSN Concord is a state-of-the-art 36,000 sq. ft. collision repair facility specializing in high-end, luxury, and electric vehicle repairs. As a Tesla Certified Repair Centre with ongoing OEM partnerships including Audi, BMW, and Volkswagen, we are committed to delivering exceptional, factory-precise repairs using the best equipment, tools, and training in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality autobody repairs and part replacements according to OEM standards
• Complete structural and non-structural repairs using Spanesi 3D systems, Celette jigs, and advanced welding equipment
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and production staff to ensure accurate, efficient repairs
• Maintain company SOPs, adhere to quality control guidelines, and keep a clean, organized work area
• Ensure all repairs meet or exceed OEM safety and performance requirements

Requirements

• 310B Autobody Repair Technician license or registered apprentice
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on collision repair experience
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical repair skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Preferred Assets

• Tesla, Audi, BMW, VW, or other OEM certifications
• Welding certifications (steel, aluminum, MIG, spot welding)
• ADAS calibration or EV repair experience
• Experience with high-end or electric vehicles
