Adecco is currently hiring a full-time AI Intelligence Advisor to play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge applications that harness the power of Generative AI and Machine Learning. In this role, you’ll design and deploy intelligent solutions that transform user experiences and deliver measurable business impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI into production environments. Implement DevOps and CI/CD best practices to ensure agile, iterative development and smooth deployment of AI solutions. Optimize and fine-tune models for maximum performance, scalability, and accuracy across diverse use cases. Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI technologies and applying innovative approaches to real-world challenges. Develop APIs and services that expose AI capabilities for integration with other platforms and applications. Maintain clear documentation of processes, models, and code to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience building production-grade full-stack applications on Azure, with hands-on exposure to machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and Generative AI. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, and familiarity with frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, Spring Boot, Flask, ASP.NET, and orchestration tools like Autogen. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of application architecture and software engineering principles. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. 5 years of experience in AI application development. Familiarity with large language models and Generative AI concepts. Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in recognized AI conferences/journals. Experience deploying AI applications on Microsoft Azure.
