Our client is currently seeking experienced pilots to join their team for the upcoming 2026 season and beyond.

What You Can Expect:

As a pilot with our client, you will be part of a dynamic team using your skills to protect communities from wildfires. Our client offers a supportive environment focused on safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate firefighting aircraft in domestic and international missions
  • Ensure safe, precise, and efficient flight operations in challenging conditions, including mountainous terrain
  • Participate in regular training and adhere to all safety and operational protocols

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Canadian citizen or legal right to work in Canada
  • Ability to obtain required work visas for international assignments
  • Valid Canadian Driver's License and Passport
  • Commitment to residing in Canada during the fire season
  • Valid Canadian ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence)
  • Ability to obtain a Canadian Category 1 Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience
  • At least 250 hours flying in mountainous terrain
  • Recent flying experience within the last 12 months

Additional Qualifications for Specific Aircraft:

For seaplane or tailwheel aircraft positions:

  • 500 hours PIC on seaplane in a commercial operation, or
  • 200 hours on certified tailwheel aircraft

Please note: A lack of seaplane or tailwheel experience will not preclude other applicants from consideration.
