We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Controller, you'll play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and keeping our office organized and efficient.Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and management.
Assist with data entry, filing, document organization, and correspondence.
Support purchasing, shipping, and customer service coordination as needed.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a clean, professional workspace.
Help with scheduling, internal communication, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements Qualifications
College diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office administration
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Reliable and willing to work in the office five days a week.
Preferred Skills
Experience in distribution, logistics, or consumer goods environments.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
