The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible to prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence. This position will assist in the compilation of data for various reports. This role will also maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing and to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
How You Will Make An Impact
Prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence such as letters, invoices, presentations, publications, and reports;
Data entry and general administrative duties;
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions;
Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files;
Photocopy, fax, scan and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing; and
Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts.
What You’ll Bring To Our Team
One year of experience in a similar role;
Bilingualism in French & English is an asset;
Organization - Able to create or maintain processes to ensure all relevant information or tools are easily accessible;
Professionalism - Demonstrates professional standards of conduct when governing interactions between individuals in a business environment;
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Attention to Detail - Attends to details and pursues quality in the accomplishment of tasks, regardless of the volume of duties encountered;
Communication - Expresses and transmits information with consistency and clarity;
Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment; and
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.

Job Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Location: Oakville, ON - This position requires you to be on-site in the Oakville office 4 times a week.
