Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time BNS Copywriter for our client located in Toronto, ON.

As a BNS Copywriter, youll be supporting the maintenance and building of our clients web properties with a focus on continuous improvement to support sales and best-in-class customer experiences. Lead collaboration with partners across the bank to identify and execute new opportunities to improve channel performance. Support the teams business strategies and objectives by ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures, and web accessibility standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of content management experience, along with 3 years of experience in UX design, ensuring website content consistency and adherence to established standards demonstrated in project work, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HTML and CSS, with eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

  • Salary: $ 51.40hour
  • Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid - 2 days / month - open to fully remote candidates, preference for candidates in GTA
  • Shifts: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary

Responsibilities :
  • Complete web content requests assigned as per the project plan on time and in accordance with the Banks quality, branding, accessibility, and design guidelines.
  • Hires will spend the majority of their day authoring in our web content management platform (AEM). Request will be of low to medium complexity.
  • Monitor and maintain site health (site quality, accessibility, and SEO scores) across all pages theyve been assigned as per the project plan.
  • Communicate early and often with project manager and other stakeholders in order to capture new requirements and escalate any blockers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners on authoring best practices and page content recommendations
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
  • 10+ of content management experience
    3+ years experience with UX design - ensuring website content has a consistent look and feel and is formatted to established standards (demonstrated in project work)
  • 2+ years experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experience using Adobe Experience Manager is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of the impact of content and can use SEO to analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics to drive optimizations
  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Good communication skills - successful hires will need to be able to communicate with project stakeholders and managers across the organization.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks at once, changing focus and priority as needed
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred, Ideally in Business, marketing, design, or Computer Science
  • Agile certification an asset
