Monitor and respond to emails/inquiries to events. Oversee management of studio meeting room bookings and providing general meeting support....

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PT, located in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to emails/inquiries to events
  • Oversee management of studio meeting room bookings and providing general meeting support
  • Provide additional support and coverage for Experience Customer Representative (Company Store)
  • Management and expansion of on-site service programs (contracts, relationship building) which includes but is not limited to;
    • Barber, Car Wash, Tailor, Guitar Lessons, Excellence Auto Glass, Wrench Patrol
  • Concierge:
    • Executing scheduled events
    • Seasonal Markets and events
    • Informational events (meet and greet vendors)
  • Manage all communication specific to the Concierge page, slack announcement channel
  • Support Workplace Experience team on various items, including delegated tasks and projects
  • Assist other Ricoh service areas when needed, as directed by Ricoh Manager and Assistant Manager
