Canada Marketing – Communications And Content / Fulltime / Remote As a Junior Content Writer at ZayZoon, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and informative content tailored to our HR and people ops audience within small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will be responsible for producing a variety of content types, including blogs, white papers, reports, guides, web copy, social media copy, ad copy, scripts, and event collateral. Your primary focus will be on translating our companys mission and values into compelling narratives that resonate emotionally with our audience while educating the marketplace about Earned Wage Access and its benefits to payroll partners, employers, and employees. Key Responsibilities
    • Content Creation: Generate high-quality, original content across various formats and channels, including blogs, white papers, reports, guides, web copy, social media copy, ad copy, scripts, and event collateral.
    • Market Education: Educate the marketplace about Earned Wage Access and its benefits to payroll partners, employers, and employees through informative and persuasive content.
    • Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and latest developments in HR, payroll, and fintech industries, and incorporate insights into content creation.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align content strategies with business objectives and support integrated marketing campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you need to be someone who:
    • Has a passion for writing and storytelling, with a desire to make a meaningful impact through your work.
    • Demonstrates strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
