The S/4 HANA Master Data Lead / Data Architect will be responsible for S/4 HANA Data Architecting, Data Design, Integration and Data Governance implementation at McCain., The SAP S/4 Master Data Lead / Data Architect plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the data architecture for SAP S/4 HANA systems. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA data structures, integration points, and best practices. The Master Data Lead / Data Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams and Implementation Partner to ensure the optimal use of data for business processes, analytics, and reporting and will be responsible for the planning, controlling, monitoring, execution of Data related S/4 HANA program activities in alignment with overall program management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Architecture Design:

• Develop and maintain the data architecture for SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Design and implement data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams to support the organizations data needs.
• Master Data architecture, tools and strategy

SAP S/4HANA Integration:

• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement data integration solutions.
• Ensure seamless data flow between SAP S/4 HANA and other systems, both internal and external.

Data Governance:

• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Define and implement data quality and data management best practices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within SAP S/4 HANA including master data governance.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks related to data access, retrieval, and storage in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Optimize data structures and configurations to enhance system performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with global onsite and offshore IT and Business teams to integrate SAP S/4 HANA data with various applications and systems.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture, data models, and integration processes.
• Train and support end-users on data-related best practices.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

• Appx 15 years of proven experience as a Master Data Lead / Data Architecton SAP S/4HANA and at-least leading Data Architecture Teams for 2 SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures, data extraction, and integration methods and master data management
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and leading practices including Data Integration with SAP BTP architecture
• Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP certifications related to data management and architecture are a plus.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Excellent business systems support and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a stand-alone role but also employ team skills as you will be working on cross functional projects and activities.
• Must be technical to understand back-end database and complexity with ERP integration.
• Expert level experience with business process design and refinement
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs/environments.
• Experience within ERP systems such as SAP as well as surround applications
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent business systems support and customer service skills.
