Position Strategic Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Edmonton properties, who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering high-quality results. As the Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings. Responsibilities Building Maintenance:

• Proficiency in drywall repair and preparation.
• Experience in interior commercial painting and drywall.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• Ability to install and repair appliances.
• Capable of performing tasks such as snow removal, parkade clean-up, heavy garbage removal, moving and lifting heavy appliances, and similar duties.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and improvements in common areas.

Building Operations:

• Experience with HVAC and Building Automation Systems.
• General knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and closed-loop systems (hot water, glycol, cooling water).
• Familiarity with fire protection systems.
• Understanding of emergency generator operations.

Customer Service & Communication

• Uphold and enhance the customer service experience.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably with residential properties.
• Must have strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Availability to work after hours, on-call on a rotational schedule, including weekends, and respond to emergency calls.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
