Job Title: Project Manager - Web Development (One-Time Project, Max 50 Hours for the entire project)

Location: Lower Mainland, BC, Canada

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a one-time web development project, with a maximum commitment of 50 hours. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project within this time frame, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop a project plan, timeline, and resource allocation within the 50-hour limit.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance within the allocated time, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues within the 50-hour constraint.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date within the time frame.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing web development projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively within a limited time frame.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP certification (preferred).

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Project management: 1 year (preferred)
