We are seeking a passionate and creative UGC Video Ads Creative Director to join our team and lead the charge in producing eye-catching and effective video ad campaigns.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As our UGC Video Ads Creative Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping creative concepts and ideas that captivate audiences on TikTok and other social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to develop content that not only resonates with target demographics but also drives brand engagement and conversions. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of TikTok trends, user behavior, and a knack for crafting visually compelling narratives.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts for UGC video ads on TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
- Oversee the entire creative production process, from brainstorming to execution.
- Direct and work with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators to bring concepts to life.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.
- Ensure that all video ads align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance data and iterate on creative strategies for optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in creating content for TikTok and a strong understanding of the platforms nuances.
- Demonstrated experience working with brands to create content specifically for social media ads.
- Exceptional creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in video production and editing tools, as well as graphic design software.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
