Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist, the candidate will:

  • Answer support calls and emails for French or English speaking clients.
  • Answer support chats through our Live Chat for French or English speaking clients; experience with Intercom is a strong asset.
  • Answer inbound sales calls and emails for French or English speaking clients; experience with Aircall is a strong asset.
  • Capture and report feedback from customers; experience with YouTrack, or any agile board software is a strong asset.
  • Communicate product benefits over virtual product demonstrations, persuading prospects to agree to a 14-day free trial of the product. Experience with Calendly, Zoom, and Google Meet a strong asset.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and educate them about product best practices to maximize customer adoption and retention rates.
  • Perform QA on features under development, and report any bugs.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and learn from routine product updates.
  • Fulfil duties assigned by the executive officer.

Requirements

The candidate is expected to have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; this requirement is a must-have.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a college diploma education level; a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration is a strong asset.
  • Experience working in a software-as-a-service B2B environment is a strong asset or/and experience working in the automotive industry is a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; motivated around collaborating with others towards achieving goals.
  • Likes software technology and uses it daily for professional and personal purposes (i.e. Google Workspace, Zoom, LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Apple or Android, Spotify, Netflix).
  • Digital marketing experience (Google Ads) is a strong asset.

Compensation

  • $50,050 annual gross salary.

Benefits

  • Work from home; must be based out of the Eastern Standard Time zone (i.e.

Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa).
