Job Overview:

We are a a specialty floor coatings company located near Milton. We mostly work with residential customers replaceing garage floors and floor renovation projects inside and out. We are looking for a part time leand hand that capable of managing 2-3 people on a project to ensure each job goes smoothly. Attention to detai and an understanding of basic math is imperative. Our specialty coatings require careful measuring and mixing and mistakes are very costly. You will mostly be working directly with employees but may offacionally need to interact with customers. You will need to be comfortable operating power tools as well as being able to demonstrate the ability to drive a pick up truck with a trailer attached. Experience in the trades will be an asset. You will need to be calm under pressure and react accordingly if elements of the project start to go wrong. Most important is organization and pride in workmanship.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • construction: 3 years (preferred)
