Inside Sales Representative

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Inside Sales representative servicing customers in our retail store and completing all Branch store tasks. Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling industrial gases and welding products. The role involves identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate products and services to meet those needs. The Inside Sales Rep also provides support to existing customers by addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
  • Promote Air Liquides product portfolio through effective communication of value propositions and unique selling points.
  • Generate interest in customers by demonstrating how our solutions can solve their problems or improve their operations.
  • Prepare quotations and respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
Maximizing store esthetics and Brand Management/Store improvement projects
  • Support cross-functional projects as needed, participate in training sessions and technical seminars.

• Assist in managing inventory and replenishment of products in store

• Comfort in handling cylinders and hardgoods (lifting up to 50lbs)

___________________ Are you a MATCH? • Parts ticket or equivalent experience i.e. Welding technologist
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or account management roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the industrial gas industry and its applications is highly desirable.

• Forklift experience is an asset.
