JOB Responsibilities

• Monitoring and detailing drivers for various subjects (Training provided)
• · Audit preparation, audit reports and compile data
• · Coordinating with Clients and internal departments
• · Completing Driver Qualification Files
• · Insurance Claims
• · Review meetings
• · Assist in completing Maintenance files
• · Filing and presenting data
• · Updating online software as and when required
• · Completing drug & alcohol program as required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• · Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• · Must be able to interact and communicate with customers and management at all levels in a professional manner
• · Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
• · Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• · Consistently meets deadlines within a fast paced work environment
• · Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
• · Good computer skills including MS Office
• · Able to plan and audit
• Willing to learn
