We are currently seeking a Valet Supervisor for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations and report directly to the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth execution of Valet services, consistent customer experience, and effective frontline team supervision in a fast-paced airport environment.

What Would You Be Doing?

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service needs, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Support daily Valet operations and collaborate with property management to address facility-related issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• Support staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and timesheet review.
• Assist with operational reporting and required Health & Safety documentation.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and guidance to frontline staff.
• Address customer service issues on-site and escalate matters to the Operations Manager when required.
• Support equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Duty Manager.

What Are the Working Conditions?

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent physical activity including bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

What Are We Looking For?

• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Bilingualism (English and French).
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
