Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year (pro-rated for contract)

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, supporting a variety of roles across the organization. You’ll play a key part in shaping the candidate experience and helping our client meet their hiring goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insight
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
