Your role
As a Senior Manager, Wealth & Tax Advisory within our Wealth & Family Office team, you will play a central role in delivering high-impact advisory services to high-net-worth families and multigenerational clients. You will:
Provide advanced Canadian tax planning and advisory services across personal, corporate, trust, and estate contexts.
Partner closely with our financial planners to design integrated wealth, tax, and estate strategies.
Support Family Office clients with tax optimization, succession planning, corporate reorganizations, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
Identify opportunities to enhance value through proactive planning, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and strategic insight.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for families with complex structures and unique needs.
Compliance work mostly limited to reviewing Wealth & Family Office related clients.
Mentor, coach, and lead team members, contributing to the continued growth of the Wealth & Family Office practice.
What you bring to the table
CPA designation with a minimum of 8+ years of progressive Canadian tax experience.
Deep technical knowledge of Canadian tax legislation, including experience advising high-net-worth individuals, and family enterprises, trusts, estates, and corporate groups.
Proven experience delivering high-quality advisory engagements and tax planning strategies.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
