Lead innovative civil engineering projects as a Senior Manager. Oversee design, budgeting, and permitting for commercial and residential developments while ensuring compliance with engineering standards. As a Senior Manager in Development Engineering, you will lead a team of consultants and manage the technical review of site engineering documents. Your role involves preparing RFPs, evaluating project proposals, and ensuring alignment with objectives. You'll also engage with municipal agencies and utilities to facilitate successful project outcomes.
