Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Mississauga, ON. Reporting to the Vice President of IT, we are looking for a proven, experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead our technology operations and support the continued modernization of our systems, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
This is a practical leadership role for someone who can manage people, vendors, systems, support issues, infrastructure, cloud environments, and technology projects while remaining close enough to the technical details to forecast, understand and proactively react to what is actually happening in a fast paced environment.
As a Senior Information Technology Manager, you have 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical operations, or enterprise support environments. You will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and innovative to support organizational goals. Your responsibilities include managing an IT team, implementing and monitoring technology solutions, overseeing software and hardware procurement, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and troubleshooting complex IT issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to align IT strategies with business objectives and manage relationships with third-party technology vendors.
