Finance & AccountingWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst with experience in financial or regulatory reporting and strong Excel skills to join our Regulatory Reporting team. In this role, you will support the delivery of accurate, timely, and efficient cyclical reporting, including regulatory filings and financial statement note disclosures, for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies. Working across BMO, you will contribute to key projects and initiatives aligned with broader group objectives while helping maintain high standards of data quality, reconciliation, and control.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills while working with complex datasets and contributing to process improvements. You will support efforts to enhance reporting processes at the Bank by identifying efficiencies, reducing manual activities, and improving transparency. As part of a collaborative team environment, you will take ownership in preparing regulatory returns and contribute to evolving reporting practices that meet both business and regulatory requirements.
Salary :
$61,600.00 - $113,900.00Pay Type:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
