Adecco is currently hiring an Senior Executive Assistant for a temporary contract opportunity in Saint John, NB. In this position, you will provide comprehensive administrative and communications support to the Vice-President of the Transportation and Logistics Division while coordinating projects, managing schedules, and supporting key business initiatives.
Pay Rate: $22 - $26 per hour (depending on experience, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates)
Location: Saint John, NB
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time Temporary Contract (6-8 weeks) with potential to become a long-term opportunity

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice-President, including day-to-day office administration.
Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Coordinate communications activities, including planning, content development, and production of materials.
Manage calendars, meetings, and complex travel arrangements.
Coordinate and submit expense reports.
Maintain accurate records and support document and information management activities.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to complete intermediate-level spreadsheet calculations and data tracking.
Assist with report development and basic data visualization.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Coordinate and support official meetings, events, and communications initiatives.
Provide project coordination support across cross-functional teams to ensure actions are completed according to established timelines.
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Share Point.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional, proactive, energetic, and team-oriented approach.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
