Become a vital part of a claims automation initiative as a Senior Business Analyst based in Québec, QC. Engage with complex business processes and foster stakeholder relationships effectively. This role involves managing an ambitious $12M claims automation program over three years. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, writing features and acceptance criteria, and addressing stakeholder impacts.
