We’re now looking to expand our footprint in Northern Alberta.
Role Description
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager based in Grande Prairie, AB to lead and grow our business across Northern Alberta and Northeast BC.
This is a true “hunter” role with management responsibility. You will own the Northern Alberta market — generating new opportunities, managing existing accounts, coordinating projects, and leading a small team of installers. If you already live in Grande Prairie and have deep relationships in oil & gas, this is an excellent opportunity to build something significant with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with operators, midstream companies, and contractors in the Grande Prairie / Peace River / Fort St. John region
Conduct site visits, inspections, and project assessments
Prepare quotes, manage project coordination, and oversee installation teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing the customer base
Handle invoicing, CRM management, and reporting
Work closely with the head office team while operating with a high degree of autonomy
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales or business development experience in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial services sector
Strong existing network and relationships in Grande Prairie and Northern Alberta / BC
Proven ability to generate leads, quote work, and close sales
Experience managing small teams and coordinating field projects
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic invoicing
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
Field safety tickets - H2S Alive, 1st Aid at a minimum
