Responsibilities
  • Partner with brokers, agents, and consulting firms to identify and recommend international benefits solutions based on client needs.
  • Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Expand and strengthen our existing distribution network, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Maintain and enhance current broker/consultant relationships to ensure ongoing profitability and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, account management, marketing) to ensure seamless sales support and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver engaging product webinars and participate in training presentations, including those offering Continuing Education (CE) credits.
  • Support sales operations by soliciting internal and external quotes and staying up to date on competitive offerings.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Post-secondary education required.
  • LLQP Life Licence and P&C Licence required.
  • Familiarity with global regulations or cross-border compliance is a key requirement.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in group health or expatriate benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms)
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates (French/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.
