Permanent Position: Restaurant Manager Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time, Overtime, Weekend, Morning, Day, Evening No. of vacancies: 3 Wage Rate: $36.70 per hour for 37.5 hours per week. Work Location: 2121 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 9Z7 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 -2 years of relevant experience. Language: Strong English skills Job Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Address customers' complaints or concerns Recruit, train and supervise staff Essential Skills: Written and oral communication; Working with others; Organized; Reliability.
